One lap of the Brady's Run Park loop on Saturday morning, three hours after the hundred goes out, past both Four Seasons stops and the water station.

One lap of the race's twelve and a half mile loop, mostly singletrack with gravel, pavement and grass mixed in, a creek crossing, and over 1,800 feet of gain. The creek can be skipped by running to the timing mat, turning round and taking the trail by the bridge.

The race

What this one is

The Rabid Raccoon 100 is run on a twelve and a half mile loop in Brady's Run Park at Beaver Falls, in western Pennsylvania. The loop is mostly singletrack, with gravel, pavement and grass mixed in, a creek to cross every lap, and enough climbing that eight laps come to more than 15,000 feet. The weekend carries a 100 mile, a 100K, a morning and a midnight half marathon, a relay and a 5K, all starting and finishing at the park's recreation center. Both ultra distances are Western States qualifiers.

The first Rabid Raccoon was run in March 2022 at Raccoon Creek State Park, with a 100 mile, a 100K and a 20 mile. It moved to Brady's Run Park in Beaver County for 2024, where the 20 mile became a half marathon and the lap became twelve and a half miles. In 2026 the race moved from March to the end of May.

Reserved crew spots inside the recreation center are marked, the rest of the space inside is first come first served, and the car park is open for crews to set up. runsignup.com

Drop bag rules
Drop bags go to the Four Seasons Pavilion and the recreation center. They come back to the start once the aid stations shut down, and runners or crew can drive out to collect them. Label them with your name and race number; duct tape and markers are at registration on Friday and at the start on Saturday morning. runsignup.com
