A Friday evening 5K that opens the race weekend at Brady's Run Park.
The Rabid Raccoon 100 is run on a twelve and a half mile loop in Brady's Run Park at Beaver Falls, in western Pennsylvania. The loop is mostly singletrack, with gravel, pavement and grass mixed in, a creek to cross every lap, and enough climbing that eight laps come to more than 15,000 feet. The weekend carries a 100 mile, a 100K, a morning and a midnight half marathon, a relay and a 5K, all starting and finishing at the park's recreation center. Both ultra distances are Western States qualifiers.
The first Rabid Raccoon was run in March 2022 at Raccoon Creek State Park, with a 100 mile, a 100K and a 20 mile. It moved to Brady's Run Park in Beaver County for 2024, where the 20 mile became a half marathon and the lap became twelve and a half miles. In 2026 the race moved from March to the end of May.

These are other people's work and we link straight to them. Watching costs nothing and needs no account. More of them: every race we hold, on film.
Nobody sees it until we have read it. No account, no sign-in.
This changes nothing on the page on its own. Somebody checks it against the race first.
Somebody watches it before it goes anywhere near this page. What we are after is footage of this course, on the ground. If it would be just as true of any other race, it is not this.
We want the address of the file the race publishes, not the file. We download it from there so the page can say where the line came from.
We read every one of these and we write back. Every fact here carries the source it came from, and the way a wrong one gets fixed is a person checking it against what you tell us.
