A 10K starting at Covenant College, on college cross country trails and then narrow creek trails.
Described as one of the most challenging 10K courses in the region: the first couple miles are flat and fast on college cross country trails, then narrow trails along two creeks with a couple steep climbs.
Trail races that start at the Covenant College campus on Lookout Mountain: a 50 miler, an 18 miler and a 10K, mostly on singletrack. The 50 and 18 mile runners travel together until the 18 ends. The 50 passes Lula Lake Land Trust and its 120' Lula Falls, with hot soup and campfires at the aid stations. Race proceeds benefit Wild Trails.
