A December trail weekend in Cloudland Canyon State Park in northwest Georgia. The 50 mile and 50K run Saturday, the 25K and 5 mile Sunday, all from the same picnic shelter. Rolling hills with a few 200 to 500 foot climbs, the plunge to the bottom of the canyon and back, waterfalls and long valley views. Cupless, no pacers, and the race gives money to the park.
