Linear 125 km Traversée de Charlevoix over four summits (Mont Lac-à-l'Empêche, Mont Morios, Mont Noyée, Montagne Noire), finishing at Mont Grand-Fonds. Mostly technical trail with rocks and roots; 11 stations.

Since the first edition in 2016 barely half the starters finish. Mandatory midway medical questionnaire at Hautes-Gorges for all runners still in the race.
