Where it goes out and back

Out and back on the Legacy Trail from Payne Park in Sarasota, 18.6 miles south to Legacy Park in Venice, then back to Sarasota. No road closings and limited aid stations.

The trail is open to the public during the race; county trail rules ask runners to warn before passing, stay right, and stop at road crossings. Roads are not closed.

A free 60K out and back on the paved Legacy Trail, starting at Payne Park in Sarasota, running south to Legacy Park in Venice and back. The Manasota Track Club hosts it, the trail stays open to the public, and aid is limited, so plan to carry what you need.
