Where it goes · 5 aid stations

A big loop of the Mill Creek Valley around Old Fort, NC on a mix of singletrack and forest service roads. Trails named on the page include Lower Heartbreak, Kitsuma, Copper Ridge and Rostan.

Expect plenty of views, a mix of smooth and technical terrain, and lots of fast downhills.....and some ups!

Three trail races out of Camp Grier in Old Fort, North Carolina: a 50k loop of the Mill Creek Valley, a net downhill point-to-point half marathon from the Blue Ridge crest, and a 10k on the Old Fort Gateway trails.
