Where it goes loop · 5 aid stations

Shares the opening climb and the split with the 52km, then follows the same route to the Climb Gauntlet and turns right onto Dope on a Rope at Big Ed to head back to the finish.

The race

What this one is

A trail race in Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park, minutes from Vernon, with a 52km, a 29km, a 13.5km and a kids' 2.5km, all starting and finishing at Juniper Bay. The courses run flowy and technical singletrack through grassland, ponderosa pine and Douglas-fir with views over Kalamalka Lake, with long climbs and long descents. Hikers are welcome.
