Weekly Training Reports. A written summary every Monday: what the week held, how your pace sat against recent weeks, and what the pattern looks like.
Race-Day Strategy. A mile-by-mile pacing and effort plan for your course, built around its elevation and the forecast.
Everything free stays free either way
Nothing renews after that
The line keeps going. There is no renewal date on it.
After you join, I send you a NavRun shirt as a thank you. You get a link, pick your size and enter your address on Fourthwall. NavRun does not keep it.
