No. The connector is strictly read-only. Claude can see your runs, training load, plans, and races, but it cannot modify anything, post to Strava, or see your Strava password.

Strava's connector requires a paid Strava subscription. NavRun's is free for every account. NavRun's AI can also see things Strava's can't: your training plan versus what you actually ran, your generated race strategies, and your weekly coaching reports. Strava has no AI training plans or race strategies. Connect both if you like. They work side by side.
